Joaquín Rodríguez

Joaquín Rodríguez Prados is part of the Corporate, M&A, and Finance department of ZADAL, where he provides ongoing advisory services to both national and international clients in financing transactions (including Direct Lending), acquisition of companies and corporate transactions.

He holds a degree in Law, a Master’s in Access to the Legal Profession from UNIR and a Master’s in International Legal Practice from Carlos III University of Madrid, where he is currently part of the faculty as a professor and collaborator.

Furthermore, he earned an LL.M. in International Commercial Law, specializing in M&A, Debts and Finance at the University of Glasgow.

Member of the Madrid Bar Association (Membership No. 139,882).
