Álvaro Martín

Álvaro Martín is part of the Corporate, M&A and Finance department at ZADAL, where he advises national and international clients on financing and refinancing transactions, as well as on subsequent and potential pre-insolvency scenarios.

Álvaro has participated in various real estate financing transactions (“Build to Sell” and “Build to Rent”), Project Finance, Direct Lending, and debt refinancing and restructuring processes.

He holds a Law degree from the University of Salamanca and a Dual Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession and Corporate Legal Counseling from Centro de Estudios Garrigues.
