CONSTANTINO VIDAL, NAZARIO MENDOZA AND ANTONIO CENDÁN, THE THREE PARTNERS LEADING THE FIRM, HAVE A SOLID TRACK RECORD IN TAX ADVICE.

THE FIRM, WHICH WAS BORN IN 2015, RESUMES ITS ACTIVITY AS AN INDEPENDENT FIRM AFTER ITS ALLIANCE WITH ECIJA.

Madrid, 21 October 2021. ZADAL Abogados y Asesores Tributarios, boutique specialised in Tax Law and Wealth Management, opens a new stage ending its alliance with Ecija law firm and relaunches its firm with a new strategic plan for the coming years.

The firm is led by partners Constantino Vidal, Nazario Mendoza and Antonio Cendán, all three with over 15 years of experience, supported by a team with extensive professional and academic background.

ZADAL aims to consolidate its recognition in Tax and Wealth Management by advising, among others, top-level sports professionals, managers, family offices, private banking clients, entrepreneurs and business angels, both nationally and internationally.

Constantino has a solid professional career in corporate tax advice, corporate restructuring, international taxation and wealth management. He combines the practice of law with teaching at different institutions and business schools. He has developed his professional career at Garrigues and Cuatrecasas and most recently, as  head of Tax practice at Ecija.

Constantino has been recognized as one of the leading lawyers in Spain in High Net Worth by the prestigious Chambers directory (2021 Edition).

Nazario has always worked in the field of tax advice, both nationally and internationally. He specializes in indirect taxation and tax advice to companies, entrepreneurs and business angels. He began his professional career at Garrigues, and has subsequently been a tax partner at Ecija.

Antonio has  an extensive professional career advising companies and private clients on tax matters, focusing on tax litigation. He has advised on numerous inspection procedures and has been in charge of the legal direction of multiple contentious-administrative procedures before all types of Courts and Tribunals. He is a teaching member of the Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession organized by the University of Santiago de Compostela and has given different courses and conferences. Like his partners, Antonio began his professional career at Garrigues.
