Alejandro Fern\u00e1ndez has an extensive experience providing tax advice to companies and private clients, both nationally and internationally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the exercise of this activity, he has regularly advised large companies on corporate tax, and has participated in numerous corporate restructuring operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Prior to joining ZADAL, he developed his professional career in Ecija.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He is graduated in Law and Business Administration and Management at the University Carlos III from Madrid, he is specialized in tax advice with a Master\u00b4s Degree in Tax Advice and Law Practice by the Centre for Financial Studies from Madrid and he has coursed several executive programs at IE Law School.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Alejandro has collaborated in the implementation of several training programs for companies on indirect taxation. He has also written various publications in technical and specialized journals. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
