Carlos Salda\u00f1a has extensive experience in financial and tax advice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He has advised on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate restructurings, and real estate transactions. Throughout his professional career, he has also provided guidance on the tax planning of international investments in Spain, as well as advising high-net-worth individuals on tax matters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Finalist in the 2023 and 2024 editions of the Forty under 40 awards in the category of Tax Lawyer of the Year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Before joining ZADAL, Carlos was part of the Tax Departments at \u00c9cija, Roca Junyent, and PwC. He holds a degree in Law and a Diploma in Business Studies from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE E-1) and has a Master’s in Taxation and Fiscal Advisory from the Instituto de Empresa (IE).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Carlos is a member of the Madrid Bar Association (Member No. 99,880).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
