Rom\u00e1n Mej\u00edas has a distinguished track record in the debt finance practice, recognized both nationally and internationally. Throughout he has advised on complex financing transactions, focusing on high-added-value matters, working with a diverse portfolio of clients that includes financial institutions, multinational companies, and investment funds, both in Spain and international markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
With extensive experience in legal practice, Rom\u00e1n has led a wide range of high-level financial transactions, specializing in areas such as Direct Lending, Non-Performing Loans, refinancing, debt restructuring, and the coordination of multinational structures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Before joining ZADAL, Rom\u00e1n was part of the Debt Finance Law Department at Cuatrecasas, where he participated in some of the most significant transactions in the market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He holds a degree in Law and Economics from the University of Navarra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
