Elsa Errea Delgado is part of the Corporate, M&A and Finance department at ZADAL, where she has advised both national and international financing entities and companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Elsa has performed different Project Finance transactions (\u201cBuild to Sell\u201d <\/em>and \u201cBuild to Rent\u201d), <\/em>Direct Lending, refinancing and debt restructuring, creation of holding structures and she has performed numerous corporate transactions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n She graduated in Law from the Universidad Aut\u00f3noma in Madrid and she specialized with a Master’s Degree in International Business Law at Centro de Estudios Garrigues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Member of the Madrid Bar Association.
