She also advises on due diligence exercises and corporate restructuring transactions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c1ngela graduated in Law and Communication from the University of Deusto and completed the Master\u2019s for Access to the Legal Profession at the Escuela de Pr\u00e1ctica Jur\u00eddica of the Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
