Throughout his career, he has advised financial institutions, investment funds, and domestic and international companies on complex transactions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00f3mulo has participated in the review, drafting, and negotiation of commercial contracts and legal documentation in the context of financing transactions, as well as in the analysis of financial, corporate, and commercial documentation associated with such transactions.
