He advises both borrowers and lenders, including credit institutions and alternative financing providers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">His experience also includes cross-border transactions, advising on the structuring, negotiation and implementation of complex financing structures and multi-jurisdictional security packages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prior to joining ZADAL, Jos\u00e9 was Head of the Corporate and Finance Law Department at Deloitte Legal.
