Ángela Saralegui

Ángela Saralegui focuses her practice on corporate and commercial law, with particular expertise in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions and corporate governance advisory work for both domestic and international companies.

Throughout her career, she has developed solid experience in drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, including share and stock purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements, and transaction documents related to competitive sale processes. She also advises on due diligence exercises and corporate restructuring transactions.

Ángela graduated in Law and Communication from the University of Deusto and completed the Master’s for Access to the Legal Profession at the Escuela de Práctica Jurídica of the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. She furthered her education with an Executive Program in Business Legal Advisory at IE Law School and an Executive Program in M&A and Private Equity at ESADE.

Ángela speaks Spanish, English, and German.
