Elsa Errea

Elsa Errea Delgado is part of the Corporate, M&A and Finance department at ZADAL, where she has advised both national and international financing entities and companies.

Elsa has performed different Project Finance transactions (“Build to Sell” and “Build to Rent”), Direct Lending, refinancing and debt restructuring, creation of holding structures and she has performed numerous corporate transactions.

She graduated in Law from the Universidad Autónoma in Madrid and she specialized with a Master's Degree in International Business Law at Centro de Estudios Garrigues.

Member of the Madrid Bar Association. Member No. 139666.
