Nicolás Rodríguez

Nicolás Rodríguez Pardo is part of the Corporate, M&A and Finance department at ZADAL, where he regularly advises national and international clients on financing, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring processes, particularly in distressed scenarios.​

Nicolás has also worked with a wide range of clients on the establishment and implementation of corporate structures in Spain.​

He holds a Law degree from the University of Navarra and a Dual Master's degree in Access to the Legal Profession and Corporate Legal Counseling from IE Law School.​
