Oihane Casado

Oihane Casado has a solid academic background and professional career in the field of commercial law focused on advising on M&A transactions, having advised national and international companies from several economic sectors.

Oihane has participated in the drafting and negotiation of complex commercial contracts, such as share purchase agreements, shareholders' agreements, letters of intent, or offers in the context of competitive processes, as well as in due diligence processes. She also has experience in providing services related to corporate governance.

Oihane holds a Law degree from University of Navarra and holds a Double Master's Degree in Access to the Legal Profession and Business Legal Advice from IE Law School.

She is a member of the Madrid Bar Association (Member No. 139,607).
